HomeLine is a national program that provides free legal advice to tenants through its hotline services. Lawyers, law students and volunteers provide tenants with legal advice and ways to resolve rental issues. They serve all of Minnesota and offer bilingual services in Spanish, Somali and Hmong. All hotline services are free and confidential.
